For T-shirts, we have established a return policy that outlines the criteria for eligibility, the procedure for return, and the refund policy.

Each product is custom-made and produced only upon receiving an order. This also means that returns are not supported if a customer ordered the wrong size, or color, or simply changed their mind. However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, Pegance offers a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. To resolve the issue, please contact our customer support team and attach a clear photo that illustrates the problem.

To be eligible for return, T-shirts must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. The item(s) must also be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.

An extra photo of all the impacted items displayed in one frame will be needed for confirmation if the problem affects multiple products that share the same design.

Note that if the order shipping details were incorrect, or if the customer ordered the wrong size or color, Pegance will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds.

Process for Return:

If you want to return a T-shirt, please follow these steps:

  • Send us an email at contact@pegance.com with your order number, reason for return, and a photo of the item(s).
  • Instructions on how to proceed with the return will be provided to you via email by our customer service team within 24-48 hours.
  • Once we receive the item(s), we will inspect them to ensure that they meet our eligibility criteria. If the item(s) meet our criteria, we will process the return request within 3-5 business days.
  • Note that if the order shipping details were incorrect, or if the customer ordered the wrong size or color, Pegance will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds.

Refund Policy: We offer a refund for returned items of equal or lesser value. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, and the amount will be processed within 3-5 business days.

Shipping Charges: Customers are responsible for shipping charges for returns. However, if the item(s) received is defective, we will cover the shipping costs.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet our eligibility criteria. By purchasing on our website, customers agree to our return policy.
